videos demonstrate how to use the website effectively. These
are provided in simple "over the shoulder" type
demonstrations as if you were sitting in with me. Much like
screenshot videos, you simply watch me point, click and
talk you through it. These videos simplify training staff
and are great as a reference tool.
3. Installation and setup assistance.
We take you through the entire process of getting started.
Once hosting is setup with ewebcircle.com.au and you supply
us with basic information such as your domain name - we
get started right away. We get you to the point of being
able to login and start uploading your content to the website
immediately.
As for what's included in this website, there are far too
many features to list here, so be sure to simply try the

Who would buy this real estate website?
This website is best suited for real estate agencies, such
as small to medium sized or even large businesses that house
multiple agents working under the one business identity.
An example of this would be a real estate agency that has
a business owner, who employs a dozen agents, all working
for her as sales/leasing contractors or agents.
I'm an independant real estate agent, starting my
own business. Could I still use this website?
Absolutely. Even though this real estate website is targeted
towards agencies rather than individual agents, it can still
be used effectively without any issues. We will be offering
real estate website design that caters for individual agents
in the near future who are wanting to self promote with
their own website.
What country does this website work in?
At present, the website is aimed at real estate agencies
within United States & Australlia only. It is not
suitable for countries outside USA & Australia.
How much does this real estate website cost?
Total cost is $1,997 which buys the actual website, along
with the instructional videos on how to use it. It also

Are there any other costs involved?
The only other costs involved are of course domain name
registration and website hosting. If you already have your
own domain name, then great, if not, you will need to register
one.
Of course you will also need to setup your hosting. We have
developed this website to run on ewebcircles' silver hosting
plan. We cannot perform the install for you, until
you have setup an account with ewebcircle.com.au. You MUST
have a SILVER PLAN setup with ewebcircle to run this website
without any issues.

Do I have to use ewebcircle, can I use someone else
for hosting?
We will not provide support for the website if it is not
hosted with ewebcircle. As said, it is designed to run on
ewebcircles silver hosting plan, which accommodates certain
components to make it run.
How long does it take to get up and running?
We work closely with you with time being of the essence.
Installation typically takes between 3 - 5 business days,
for the account to be setup with ewebcircle.com.au and the
actual install to be completed and site testing performed
before handover. If there are likely to be any delays or
concerns you will be notified ASAP.
I want to request a few changes, will you do that?
Unfortunately the answer is no.
In order to make support and maintenance possible for our
customers, we need to ensure everyone runs on the same platform.
Trying to support different versions due to individual customisation
requests, causes version control issues and simply becomes
too difficult to support.
In saying this however, we have built the website in a manner
where you have complete control over website styling features
such as business logos, identity management, imagery, and
overall colour schemes. Put simply, you can change the entire
look and feel of the website automatically from within the
administration console.
Okay, I'm very interested. How do I get started?
Simply click on the order button to place your order. Once
we have seen payment come through, we will contact you to
get the process underway. It is always useful if you setup
your hosting account with ewebcircle as quickly as possible
to prevent any delays. Oh, and make sure you have a domain
name registered! You will need this before you setup your
hosting.
Do you give discounts for orders of 2 or more?
